Return Process

  Carefully package your unused items, ensuring candles and glass vessels are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our London warehouse, retaining your proof of postage until the return is processed.

  Refund Processing

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
